Working with the Founder
Following acquisition, we work alongside the founder during a defined transition period to understand the operational and commercial nuances of the business. The founder’s role is structured in advance, allowing them to step back from daily operations while ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.
Strengthening the Foundations
Once the transition is complete, the focus shifts to strengthening the organisation for the next phase. This often involves formalising processes, improving visibility into performance, and adding depth to the leadership team, while protecting the culture and operating principles that made the business successful.
